Good for the family: 2 rooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen.

Horrible, awful, teriible smell in the room. Hard to be there and sleep :( Noicy because of the road and сonditioner. A lot of people under 60 :)

    Superb

The lady at the reception, Claudette, went out of her way to make us happy after our trip. We got lost on the way and she stayed on the phone with us guiding us to the hotel. When we arrived, my son wanted some milk, she got it from the kitchen. We travel a lot and usually, after the kitchen is closed, nobody wants to do this. But she just said she will try to get us what we need. She never got frustrated with anyone even when she had calls waiting. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great and swimming pool and the tennis courts look great. Very relaxing, I didn't expect this from a "roadside" hotel.

Location. I spent 2 hrs going up and down Rt1 as we came from the south and had to go north and find a u Turn. This was not an easy task especially with the works going on. The entrance to the hotel is sudden and was easy to miss. But with the better preparation, I am sure I could have done better.

    Superb

The hotel is well located on us Route 1, a major road and has ample, free parking. The two-room suite was great value-for-money accommodation for my family of 6, including 2 young adults, 2 young kids and 2 adults and had all of the facilities of a home available in it and the 3 televisions was perfect. The suite was at a good standard of decoration and was also very clean. The recreational swimming pool and basketball court are great additions.

There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so you have to drive a few miles either North or South on Route 1 to find choices for dining. Break-fast dining area can be a little bit cramped for the number of patrons and the catering staff were not very attentive, allowing too many items to run out at the same time. The stairs and entrances to the suites were heavily cob-webbed and un-swept, but I expect this to be addressed as part of the refurbishment planned by the new ownership.

Receptionists are not kind. They confused me with another who has the same last name. Finally, after they realized their error, it took time to apologize with inconvenience they made. It was an experience I never wants to have.

This was my first experience at Staybridge. The receptionist that checked us in was lovely.....I Was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was great. I was with my nephew, his wife, three children and three friends and had three suites reserved. Everyone was very pleased with the accomodations. It was our first stay but we return to this area every year for the Eden 5k race and plan to stay at Staybridge again.

I think a king sized bed or two beds in the bedrooms might have worked better than all queen sized beds.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The reception is so friendly and helpful. And after I had a trip in different states and return back to new jersey , I choosed the same hotel again.

The suite was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

    Very good

Location was perfect, the breakfast included was an added perk. Not many hotels offer free breakfast.

The staff need customer service 101.

    Superb

This was a great value for our family. The suite provided ample room for our family of five. The inclusive breakfast was more than we anticipated. Pool and hot tub along with free laundry facility was a pleasant surprise.

We had trouble finding Staybridge at night off of Route 1. The sign for the hotel needs to be bigger.

Equipped kitchen to cook for family instead of eating out - there were even outdoor gas grills - which made preparing dinner easy and nice! They also provided a nice breakfast each morning!

    Fabulous

We liked that it offered suites with separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were displaced from our home due to flooding repairs & needed a large accomodation rather than a hotel room with 2 double beds.

The man in charge of the breakfast on the weekend was not on top of things as was the woman during the week. He left the coffee pots empty, the tables dirty and spent more time in the back rather than in the dining room. Also, I would have preferred being asked at check-in if I would be needing housekeeping on the weekends rather than being expected to read the half dozen signs posted in the kitchen & bathroom.
